How to configure ps2 wheel mouse ???

Hi all!
I've just installed Slackware 9.1 and I found some difficulty configuring the mouse... I haven't seen anywhere option to use wheel mouse, just PS2 and the wheel don't work. Also I'm interested how to make KDM start at boot?

One of the most common questions ever ... :)

Please, try to use the search, you'll find a
hundred hits, all giving the same information.

Cheers,
Tink

in your /etc/X11/XF86Config file search for:

Code:
Section "InputDevice"

   ...
   Driver "mouse"
   ...

EndSection
under the "Driver" bit add or change the following:

Code:
   Option "Protocol" "IMPS/2"
   Option "ZAxisMapping" "4 5"
voila
