How to clear "insmode xxxxxx fail" when boot Slackware9.1

Hi, guys.

My screen shows a lot of insmode fail when I boot the Slackware9.1, but there is only 1 module fail, it try many times.
insmode /.../810xxxx fail
insmode /.../810xxxx fail
insmode /.../810xxxx fail
.....

How can I remove it then next boot I can skip to insert a 810xxx module, which always be fail.

Thanks!

I still got problem after modifying the /etc/hotplug/blacklist
I think the module is from kernel, not hotplug.

Mmm... Thanks all guys here, I will check the FAQ, try to solve the problem.
