Did you install the package after you created it? as root do "installpkg /tmp/devede-3.16.9-noarch-2_SBo.tgz" Then you should be good to go.

The package is created
Now you need to install it
Code:
installpkg /tmp/devede-3.16.9-noarch-2_SBo.tgz
However, you need to instal
dvdauthor, vcdimager and spumix in order to run it.

Kind regards

once you get the idea of what you are doing, then you should start using sbopkg, it will save you A LOT of time, but cheers for doing it the harder way, its always good to learn.

Or you download the file first (1) an and move it into the directory
Or you use wget to get the file (4)

Now you have the file twice.

Kind regards

Found a easier way actually. Download the slackbuild package extract that into your home folder then save the source package in that same folder. Go to the terminal, sudo cd /name, Then sh name.slackbuild then. Cd /tmp -->> installpkg sbo.pkg.gz then ur done way easier.
