Unhappy How do I configure the NEW PROTOCAL for X11 servers

I know how the use the OLD SYSTEM, XSETUP and XF86Setup I had a problem when I installed 9.0 on top of 7.1 I need to know how to configure X11 to work with an intell 815e. and I need to verify that I have the servers installed. I dont know how the current system works at all.

When I got 9.0 it gave me tiny, small and very small I had the 7.1 system and it configured correctly and the X11 system worked. NOW I DO NOT.

How do I install X11 and how do I configure the 815e video card.
