How can you update Slackware 12.2 to 13 without a fresh install?

I'm not sure how you do it, but it seems like you should be able to. How do you upgrade the version to 13 without burning a new CD?
I just used slackpkg update, slackpkg upgrade-all, but when I tried install-new it had nothing to do. I really need help, and I'm very sleepy and have been googling.
Anyone? Is it not possible?

Umm, did you follow the instructions in UPGRADE.TXT? It covers the 12.2 to 13.0 upgrade.

You can find this file here
