How build a Package from source without ./configure?

Hello folks

I'm needing to use kompozer, but all the packages that I found are to 32 bits archs.

I'm trying to understand how can I build a package from kompozer source if there's not a ./configure directory.

Some help?

I know about Alien's multilib, but really I would like to build it directly ..

Thanks

Alchemikos

Is this the source tarball you downloaded? There is definitely a configure script in it. If there wasn't you'd have to bootstrap it.

If no configure script exists, there is sometimes a bootstrap or autogen.sh shell script you have to run. It's best recommended to read the documentation provided with the sources to know what will be required.

Thanks all you guys....
But it really not work here (the kompozer)

I built the package but it not run, I don't know why, I removed all these millions mozilla things that came together, I'll go to bluefish, goodbye graphics-friendly-easy-web-development hehehah

Of course the thread was solved 'cause was about './configure' and it trouble was gone.

Cheers
