Help with installing QT
 

I have to install Qt so i can compile other pograms..
First i got the files from the qt homepage and began to compile it. After around 10 hours of compiling i stopped that..
Then i found some qt files at slackwares site but how do i install those?
I have edited that profile file correctly i think and should have moved the qt slackware files to the right dir, but when i compile licq it says qt is not installed...

Now i have used pkgtool to install it.. qt shows up on the list over installed pkgtool packades but still qt isnt found when i try to compile other programs..

Make things easy for yourself. Download the contents
of /source/kde/qt/ from your favorite mirror and in the
directory the files are all in run:

./qt.SlackBuild

and, in time, you'll have what you need - a .tgz package.
