help with 1 public ip + two servers??

ok i have a dilemma. so please help me! i think it can be resolved using IP based virtualhost but i am not sure.

my webserver is installed on slackware 10.2. so my ipcop forwards all requests for ports 80 and 443 to this box.

my mail server (qmail) is on centos 4.3, ipcop forwards request for port 25.

how can i access my webmail on the centos box?? i am not sure how to accomplish this in apache. i could also use ilohamail on slackware to access mail on a centos box (not sure if squirrelmail is capable of doing this).

any ideas would be great, i also heard of mod_proxy but again i have not done this and don't know what to do with it.

You can do it with sqmail too.
Options: $smtpServerAddress = '', $imapServerAddress=''.

Setup Apache on your centos box to listen to port 8080 ("Listen 8080"), and port forward appropriately.
