My mod_php.conf:
Code:
LoadModule php5_module libexec/apache/libphp5.so
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php
#AddType application/x-httpd-php-source .phps
The only changes in httpd.conf are these (uncommented includes):
Code:
Include /etc/apache/mod_php.conf
Include /etc/apache/mod_ssl.conf
You can comment mod_ssl line if you don't want to run apache with certificates and ssl encryption.

I had problems getting php to work initially for me as well. i STF and found a few posts about how you needed to add that to you mod_php.conf.

I need to apply a patch for eaccelerator on php-5.2.x. Here is the patch. When it ask me for the file to apply the patch to, I select "ea_restore.c". However, it says that is wrong.

Can you advise how to proceed on the patch application, please.

Here is the patch: http://www.eaccelerator.net/changeset/284?format=diff

Thanks once again.

PHP started working!

Hi Guys!

Thanks for all your help! Brian thanks for the valuable support provided. I did everything as you said. PHP works! ) Also, I configured it on an additional server, and it worked right from the begining.

It's so much easier using the mod_php.conf file.

Again, Thanks for all the support!
