gtk-builder-convert

I'm trying to follow a few tutorials to build a simple gtk+ gui. However, it requires a command called gtk-builder-convert to convert the glade file to an xml file. It seems the gtk package included with slackware does not include this tool. Does anyone know what is needed to get this tool?

GtkBuilder was not introduced until GTK version 2.12.
