Bittorrent client

Hey:

You can use the "real" bittorrent client. It is in the "extras" directory for slackware-current. Just install it with "installpkg". It is cosole based, but works just fine. I think the slackware maintainers thought the the wxwindows toolkit was a little to heavy to include for the gui.

What problems do you have with Azureus? It works just fine here...

it works pretty well and you can even control the speed to a certain level

The java package in slackware 9.1 had some memory usage probs.
Try upgrading to the latest SDK and see if that makes Azureus behave.
