GNU indent in Slackware has a regression with --blank-lines-after-declarations

It contains a regression bug. Unfortunately its development seems stop, there is no official 2.2.11 from GNU site. Debian seems has a version with the fixed.

Anyone affecting by the bug may consider upgrade to the Debian version.
