Ok, all was going fine on my computer until for some reason I ran a program called gnome-font-config. Now, all my fonts are way too big. I had "Bitstream Vera Sans 10" in my .gtkrc-2.0 for gtk-font-name, which worked fine before, and now the fonts are size 12. If I change it to 8, then the fonts are size 10. What's stranger is it's done the same thing to the fonts in KDE programs. So i have two questions:
1. How can I return my fonts to the way they were before running gnome-font-config? I know I could just change the 10 to the 8, but I'd rather not use cheap workarounds.
2. What are the minimum packages I need to run GTK+ 2 programs?
