Getting Cn3D 4.1 to work
When I run Cn3D after untarring from ncbi website, i get illegal instruction, Cn3D launches and then crashes. There isn't too much help on google about this, but someone mentioned something about disabling acceleration and another the ncbi website suggested that it was probably something wrong with opengl running for windows computers.
I'm not even getting 3D Accleration. Furthermore, i'm going to have to disbale opengl. Do I do this in xorg.conf? Thanks. There haven't been any posts about science on LQ. I could be the first one!
