gdb run error:

Hi all,

I'm trying to debug one C program, but gdb doesn't run it.

(gdb) r
Starting program: /home/upe/c/a.out
warning: Could not load shared library symbols for
Do you need "set solib-search-path" or "set sysroot"?
Correct usage is "program header_uid xml_file_name"
[Inferior 1 (process 15293) exited with code 0143]

Originally, I used:
CFLAGS = -O0 -Wall -pedantic -g3 -gdwarf-2

CFLAGS = -O0 -Wall -pedantic -g3

but the problem persists.

This is in my new Slackware64-14.0 after upgrade from 13.37.
Am I the only one with this? Did I mess up something during the upgrade process?
Please, give me some directions on how to solve this issue.

You can ignore the warning.

There is a patch for gdb to get rid of it
