Thanks hitest. It could be worse I suppose. One of our drivers is in the hospital from a stroke so I should count my blessings it's only a back injury.

I'm hurting at the moment because I can't take my meds this morning as I have to drive for a doctor's appointment. I'll be glad to get this over with so I can take the meds and get some relief. Mornings are always the worst.

Sorry to hear about your back troubles.

Good to hear that you can take your meds this am, masonm:-) Agreed. Mornings can be a bear. My back is feeling satisfactory at the moment. Every once in awhile the pain flares up if I forget to do my stretching exercises. Take it easy, man:-)
