It rather looks like a poll about what is your 2nd favorite Distribution !!!

So I voted for Linux (OTHER) for Zenwalk 4.0.

I voted freeBSD. but it it is not really my 2nd favorite, more a tie for first with Slack.

I voted Fedora. However I would have voted for Windows if I had seen it. I may get flamed for that but I don't care. MS has done a lot and spent a lot of money in Operating Systems and Technology. I would agree that Linux is more stable, and way more flexible, however when push comes to shove, MS has been there getting people like us to our Grandmothers sitting at a computer. Those kudos doesn't include the business options that Windows allows a company. I will limit it to XP only. 98, Me in my opinion were not operating systems. XP is a tool that I have that has not broken yet and I like that tool.

I would say windows but its only because for the gaming in there otherwise ive been playing around with BT2, and that is also really sweet

I've been playing around with other distros lately, but, I've come to the conclusion that my favourite is still Slackware. I don't have a second favourite. I'll occasionally experiment with something else, but, I always come home to Slackware:-)

I love slack for my desktop & laptop platforms (since 97, almost 10 years!!!), but I've found FreeBSD a better environment for the server platform.

Yes, FreeBSD is amazing. I recently ran a Slackware/FreeBSD dual boot system and was impressed with FreeBSD 6.1. However, I'm easily bored so I decided to try Debian again. I'm really impressed with Etch Release Candidate 1; the people at Debian have improved the text based installer.
I'm now running Slackware 11 on two boxes and Etch on my third Linux box.

That nice Mr Gates' Windows XP Pro., of course.
