fluxbox init overwritten in every restart.

Well, i've recently made a move from xfce to fluxbox to give it a try, and i'm very impressed with what i get from a ~800k WM ..

But something's bothering me.. Everytime i try to edit ~/fluxbox/init to add the line
session.screen0.rootCommand: fbsetbg -l
save and restart, the init file seems to be overwritten again and i lose whatever modifications i do there. Is there any workaround to this?

Danke

editing it from outside X seems to do the job. But it won't add my background image as the wallpaper... I tried to change it to
session.screen0.rootCommand: fbsetbg -f /my/pic.jpg

But still nothing....

however if i type fbsetbg -f /my/pic.jpg manually in the command prompt, it works only for this session.

Hmm, apparently putting it as the first line in the init file wont work.

I moved it down a page, and now it works. Solved, thanks.

Alright... 2 things i can't figure out...

1) How can you group common tabs in the toolbar automatically? (i.e. all folders together , all firefoxes together, etc....)
The documentation is a bit vague on this..

2) When i double click on a window, it shades it. Any way i can change that so it maxemises/restores the window instead?

Merci.
