Floppy + PCMCIA CD Install

I just resently gave up on debian to install Slackware once again.
This on a Fujitsu Siemens Lifebook B-2130 that doesnt have a built in CD-ROM.

I've read a tutorial a long time ago (I can't find it now) about someone that managed to install slackware with floppys and a PCMCIA CD ROM. I managed to do this with debian so i guess it should be possible with SW aswell.

However when its time to choose were to install from and I chose the CD/DVD it can't fins the CD-ROM. I've booted with bare.i, install.1, install.2 and the pcmcia.dsk.

I would be very glad if someone could help me with this.

If this ain't possible. Is there any other way I can manage to get it installed?

Slackware doesn't load the PCMCIA services by default with the installer.

When you log in as root, run the command "pcmica" and it should then prompt you to insert the PCMCIA devices, and should (hopefully) detect them.

Yeah, I've done that. I can however not install from CD/DVD after I've done it?

Is there any other possible way to get slackware into the computer. This would be the prefared way though.
