flashplayer via sbopkg gives wrong md5sum

I tried three times, by removing /var/cache/sbopkg/install_flash_player_10_linux.tar.gz then start sbopkg again.

EDIT:
I went to slackbuilds.org, downloaded flashplayer from there, and checked the md5sum. Still the same of course.

@slack-fu

Hi there just use the flashplayer-plugin.SlackBuild in the extra folder of the dvd install
Just tested it works fine

./flashplayer-plugin.SlackBuild
Source 'flashplayer10_2_p3_64bit_linux_111710.tar.gz' not available yet...
Will download file to /tmp

Why don't you get the latest tarball from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and drop its libflashplayer.so in FireFox's "plugins" folder?

What's the need of using sbopkg in this particular case?

Please explain if I missed something.

Thanks.

Maybe he wants to create a package for easier management other than manually install it.

Adobe updated the 32-bit flash player to version 10.3_r181. The link on slackbuilds.org (and the one from the Adobe page) is for the most current version of flash, but the MD5SUM in the flash-player-plugin.info file is for the older version. You could either run the SlackBuild manually (with install_flash_player_10_linux.tar.gz in the same directory), or run sbopkg with the '-e continue' option:
Code:

# ./flash-player-plugin.SlackBuild

OR

# sbopkg -e continue -b flash-player-plugin

Both methods produce the flash-player-plugin-10.3_r181-i386-3_SBo.tgz package.

I wanted to use sbopkg because I am lazy :)

I downloaded it from Adobe instead and did it manually.
I just thought I would post it here to inform other slackers about it :)
I also see that I start every sentence with I lol
I am truly sorry about that :D
