Flash Player 9 & Firefox 2

Hi, everyone.

I'm kinda new using Slackware 11, but this is the second time I install it on my PC. (the first time I had troubles compiling a new kernel and I screwed up :P).
The first time, it I had no problems adding the Flash Player 9 plugin for Firefox 2, but now I just can't get it.
Downloaded and decompress the tar.gz file of FP9. In terminal I ran the ./flashplayer-installer. When it prompted the location of my browsers I used /usr/lib/firefox and /usr/lib/mozilla for my second browser.
The thing is... the FP plugin works fine in Mozilla 5.0, but in Firefox 2 I still get the "Some extra plugins are needed" sign.

What am I doing wrong? Or what should I do?

Thx.

check if it's really there :)
also make sure it's executable (chmod +x libflashwhatever.so)

Try http://slackware-current.net/package.php?id=39

Although not the Slack way, will get your Firefox 2.0 working. You don't want to work with Firefox at the code level, its a real mess. my 2c :D
