Use the IP address of a valid Slackware Mirror site:

http://mirrors.slackware.com/mirrorlist/

In the dialog http://172.16.18.31 is just an example, but not supposed to be actually used. Try this one (don't forget the trailing /)
Code:
ftp://slackware.mirrors.tds.net/pub/slackware/slackware64-14.1/
Then when asked the Slackware source directory, type:
Code:
slackware64

Yes, skip lilo. If sda3 contains your controlling grub, reboot into that after the Slack install and run update-grub. It should pick up Slack just fine and add it to the menu. Mine did, I'm running a multi-boot similar to yours, but no EFI or btrfs...

Don't see anything wrong with the URL in the first screenshot, but the second screenshot has a typing error in the path.

Well, what *did* you select to install?

If you are newbie, you really really really REALLY should install everything.
