Firefox+gxine=crash

I ran gxine for the first time like two weeks ago(I've been running xine) and I was presented with a menu that asked what files and programs I want associated with it. Apparently I have selected to associate it with firefox, now almost everytime I try to run a clip in firefox, I get the stupid gxine plugin started and my firefox crashes. I looked into both firefox and gxine, but did not find any way to put things back the way they were. Does anyone have any idea?

check in your firefox/plugins folder, and see if there is a plugin for xine...if it's there, delete it

Tnanx, I actually had to remove it from the /home/user/.mozilla/plugins directory, instead of the main firefox directory. Thanx for the help
