Post Finalized GW 1450LS Setup

I think I've FINALLY fished my tweaks/setups on this old laptop to let it run as quick/efficient as possible.

The files config-2.6.13h (my kernel compile config file), and xorg.conf is posted on my website: www.cwwilson721.dyndns.org/slack as are pages decribing what I did.

If anybody has any comments/suggestions on what I did, or ideas on further tweaks, they will be welcomed and appreciated.

Thanks to any and all

**** EDIT ****

I posted in this forum because I know I'll get help w/this, rather than in laptop...lol. Plus, I won't get told to 'yast this' and rpm that'

Gotta love Slackware
