Slide 19 says it all. This is not technology, or security. It is trivialized authoritarian absurdity.

Like the widow being asked to sign the receipt for the refund check for her dead husband who had been erroneously arrested and died while being tortured for information about something to which he was not even distantly related. But her question, "What have you done with his body?", could not be answered because that was a different department, "Can you please just sign here, and here, and here...?".
