Error loading Slackware 14.1 in VirtualBox

I'm trying my first Slackware 14.1 install under VirtualBox. On boot from 64-bit DVD (torrent DL, md5 verified), I'm met with
Code:
Kernel panic - not syncing: Attempted to kill init! exitcode 0x0000000b
VM is built with 2GB RAM, 2 cores, VT-x & Nested paging enabled.

So far I've tried re-burning the DVD at a slower speed and booting with a single core.

For grins I booted from the 14.0 DVD and it worked fine..

Thoughts?

Thanks, that did it. In my search prior to post, I looked at the error and not my specific config so I didn't find this.
