Try
chmod +x /etc/rc.d/rc.cups
/etc/rc.d/rc.cups start
open url http://localhost:631 in a web browser, enter root passord when it ask for it then add a printer and choose your driver.

You need to configure CUPS to do it. Do a search next time.

Click on the link : http://localhost:631

If you are not redirected to your local cups admin pages, your cups installation is not complete or cupsd is not running. try ' /etc/rc.d/rc.cups start ' in this case.
