Easy way to change keyboard & Language settings in popcorn?

Im setting up a kind of Kiosk network of 15-20 computers for an international organization. Students and staff need to browse net and chat in their respective languages (Or at least type in that language).

I really need to use popcorn cause SE uses KDE, and thats too slow to run from a CD on our machines.

Is there a way I can add a module to easy switch between keyboard layouts in popcorn? something I can put in the xfce panel?
