E and Slack

I switched to Enlightenment for WM, also running the xfce main panel, and i have to say its really good looking and practical/usable.
I have a couple of simple questions for all of those using E.
On some screenshots i noticed people had icons on the background (like in windows, gnome, or KDE) and i dont know how to put icons on the background so if someone knows please tell me.
I also noticed some people had a Eterm-like window with icons inside, my guess is it is a E file browser, but i dunno how to start this browser so can someone help me please?
I also heard about Efsd and Evas but i dont know what these are?
Thanks for any help! And if you ever want a change, give Xfce or E a try!

Yeah thats it. There are lots more screenshots of E 0.17 at muhri.net and damn it looks nice!
E and XFCE panel go really nice together in my opinion, E is my new love as you might have already suspected.
Anyone else using it?
