DVB-T Cinergy 1200 help

Hi
I have this little problem, i dont know how to get my DVB-T card (a Cinergy 1200 DVB-T from TerraTec) to work. here are the link to the manufacture: http://tven.terratec.net/modules.php?op=modload&name=News&file=article&sid=214

It's discoverd by lspci as:
Code:
02:01.0 Multimedia controller: Philips Semiconductors SAA7146 (rev 01)
Subsystem: TERRATEC Electronic GmbH Unknown device 1157
Flags: bus master, medium devsel, latency 32, IRQ 11
        Memory at fb001000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=512]
I have managed to get the firmware to load and also the kernel modules by the help from LinuxTV DVB wiki, and my card i also supported by them TerraTec_Cinergy_1200_DVB-T. But i cant get any frontend program to work, like mplayer, mythtv or kaffine. it wont detect it

My dist is slackware 11.0 and i use kernel version 2.6.18

How did you compile the frontend programs? I ask because I am using kaffeine myself with an USB DVB-T stick. I am using a 2.6.17.13 kernel and had to use kernel headers from /extra, else kaffeine couldn't pick up my DVB-T device.
