Dual Boot Slack and Win2K

I just removed MDK 9.2 and installed Slackware 9.0. The problem is that I formatted the whole hard drive by mistake. I have Win2K on another drive and want to edit Lilo to dual boot but I don't know where Win2K is. Here is a list of partitions listed in KDE Info Center:

/dev/hdb1 / ext3
devpts /dev/pts
/dev/cdrom /mnt/cdrom
/dev/fd0 /mnt/floppy
proc /proc

What do I do now?

If your windows was on another drive, it should be okay and is probably on hda1. Possibly hdc or even hdd. Do 'fdisk -l' as root and look for NTFS partitions (assuming that's how it was formatted - FAT32 otherwise.) If you mean you had windows on another *partition* on that same drive, I'm afraid it's gone.

Thanks, I was just coming back to update my message. It hit me while watching Star Trek that if I ran cfdisk, it would tell me where everything is, and sure enough, there it was. I am dual-booting again. Slackware sure is different than Mandrake. But man is this thing ever fast! I like it.

Thank you for the help,
Ted.

Glad to hear it. Mandrake/Slack - impulse/warp.
