Dropline Installer for kernel 2.4.26 still available?

Is there a Dropline Installer for kernel 2.4.26 still available?

The reason for the question:

I was successful with installing Slackware 2.6.9, but geez... what a headache. Slackware 2.6.9 has a lot of problems in my opinion, including the neverending alsa installation issues.

I rather stay with 2.4.26 for now.

Thank you for reading this post.

That last i read on their page is that certain things either won't work or function well with the 2.4.26 kernel.

I had thought about going to kernel 2.6.7 from the Slackware 10 second CD.

Chris H: Did you use the CD or did you get the 2.6.7 kernel from kernel.org?

Thank you for the feedback.

jtp51, I got it from kernel.org.

Used this page to compile from within gnome

http://shilo.is-a-geek.com/slack/kernel14.html

Worked a treat.

Oh, and the only reason I upgraded was cos the dropline updater whinged about some apps not working with 2.4 kernels
