Download Quota


HAppy new year !!!

well here is mein problem :


i have a few troublemakers on my LAN, so i want to block them if their download limit/day exceed...

ex: if user 192.168.0.34/32 and MAC xx:zz:cc:ff:tt exceed 200mb download/day his access wil be cutoff for 24 hours...

can anybody help me...i just don't really know where to start..
