dosfs and long file names

Is it possible linux to read long file names with spaces in it from floppy writen under windows.
I need real file names, not theese with ~1
example:
file with name CONFIGTUNING-INITIAL.HTML is renamed to CONFIG~2.HTM.
and when I'm using hyper links, they don't work
isn't there any extended fs, e.g. umsdos or something that gives the correct names
thanks

you'll want to set a umask=000 value in the options for full user access.
