Does python-2.7.5 sucks for you too?

My gcp slackbuild does not run on Slackware-current since python was updated to 2.7.5. I rolled back to 2.7.4 and now it works fine. I wrote to the gcp maintainer but it was obvious that the fault lies in python. I do not know much about python but there seem to be a lot of missing modules like warnings.py....

I re-installed python-2.7.5 and all problems I had disappeared. Sorry for the noise.

A comparison between the 2.7.4 and 2.7.5 packages here doesn't show any missing modules, and warnings.py is in there. Corrupted package download, maybe?

I was too late! Glad you got it figured out.
