I've been running current for years, literally. I don't think I have reinstalled Slackware in this system since, at least, 4 years ago.

Ditto. Much better than 4.2.4.
I was running Xfce for a while, and still do every now and then, but found it is not as stable as KDE 4.3.1

I don't think current will introduce any large security/stability issues, but it requires a lot of updating.

Since Slackware64, I've used only current. So far, I've not had a problem.

Slackware -current is more stable than running a bleeding edge rolling release distro or the testing repos of other distros, because I'm guess these packages are actually tested before pushed into -current, where they go further testing? Correct me if I'm wrong.

In college I usually ran current. Now that I'm out I just run stable. I know that keeping current would only take about 10 minutes extra a week, but why mess with something that works, especially when I don't have as much time to fiddle with it?

A (stable) mix with KDE 4.3.3 from current. Works like a charm!

Reason: Careless use of stable.. I voted for Both/Mixed

I am a very conservative guy - maybe that is why I like Slackware.
