Do i have to change slackbuild from i486 to i686?

Do i have to change slackbuild from i486 to i686 or i386?
Code:

ARCH=${ARCH:-i486}

Why? If you have a 32bit system, i486 will doit for you.

Yes, you should set your ARCH variable to what is closest to your processor. This won't give a performance increase most of the time, but it may occasionally.
