digikam 4.14 on -Current

I am tracking Slackware64-current and Slackbuilds GIT repository. I have come accross an issue building digikam with the boost library version 1.61. If i go and install boost 1.59 from Slackware64-14.2 I can build digikam just fine.

Has anyone see or worked around the problem building digikam 4.14 with boost 1.61?

boost is linked against many libraries in Slackware, so upgrading boost may require you to rebuilt other libraries as well.

for current, i provide a SlackBuild script for digiKam 5.3.0 on my SlackHacks. It does require KDE Framework 5 and libkipi5. You can get it from alienBOB or from SlackHacks repository as well

No problems with digikam-4.14 and boost-1.61 here on Slackware64-current.
