--current, pidgin can't connect to google talk or google via xmpp
Perhaps this is an issue on my end.
I cannot get a connection to google talk from either the google-talk drop down setup in pidgin accounts or from xmpp in pidgin drop down.
My ~/.purple directory is the same as my last known good working backup from a while ago. So I don't think this is a client side issue, but I can be wrong.
I've turned of iptables as a test, and still no luck.
Any other suggestions?
