[SOLVED] --current , $dmesg --> "klogctl: Operation not permitted"

Can someone point me to any additional $DOCS to re-enable dmesg for regular users as 'man klogctl' is not very Fogie friendly

Perhaps, but this is a silly reason to build a custom kernel. If you're building one anyway for legitimate reasons, sure, but otherwise, use one of the methods above.
