cups "/usr/lib/cups/filter/foomatic-rip failed" error

As usual getting a printer working is like pulling teeth.

I have a Minolta PagePro 1350W. I start cups use locahost:631 and Minolta-PagePro_1350W-min12xxw.ppd file on USB. Admin page reports:

Description: Minolta PagePro 1350W
Location: Den
Printer Driver: Minolta PagePro 1350W Foomatic/min12xxw (recommended)
Printer State: idle, accepting jobs, published.
Device URI: usb://KONICA%20MINOLTA/PP1350W

However, when I try to print I get:
"/usr/lib/cups/filter/foomatic-rip failed"
at the top of the printer admin page and the job stopped.

Here is clip from error log:

Probably somewhere in you're path. Try running:

Code:
whereis min12xxw

min12xxw was in /usr/local/bin, the default of ./configure.
Moved it to /usr/bin/min12xxw and now it works.

Thanks for the help
