Create SMS Logo
Hello,everyone. 
I have some interest to create SMS logo based on my design.So my question is,is there any software which helps me to create SMS logo?

I don't quite know ... BTW, why are you asking this on a slackware forum ... what does SMS logo have to do with slackware ?
Anyway, is there a type of image format that goes with an SMS logo ? Maybe GIMP can handle it ? Not sure.
