Any Slackers out there successfully running CoreAVC on their Slack install? I ask because I have a lot of 720p mkv files that just do not play smoothly on Linux.

Yes, I got it work. You could follow the instructions on their website. You need to setup wine a license key for CoreAVC though. I think CoreAVC does not support VC1 films.
