ConsoleKit deamon startup causes Slackware64-current to hang during boot
I had a Slackware64-current setup working nicely until I upgraded this morning (using slackpkg) with all the recent updates (13th Dec, 16th Dec and 23rd Dec).
Right now I cannot get through a complete boot of the system because it hangs at the point where the console messages read: "Starting ConcoleKit Deamon".
I can boot the laptop using an Arch partition and can mount the Slackware partition and see and manipulate all the files there but am unsure how best to proceed. I could obviously chmod on rc.consolekit in /etc/rc.d to disable it but not sure if this makes good sense if I want a fully working system.
Any advice welcome. Thanks.
