Compiling vim for use in xterm with primary and clipboard registers, * and +

Code:
:echo has('clipboard')
0
so I reckon I need to compile vim with the +clipboard option. But otherwise I want vim as it is, so would like to know how vim was compiled for inclusion in slackware 14.1

Code:
./configure \
  $* \
  --prefix=/usr \
  --enable-pythoninterp \
  --with-python-config-dir=/usr/lib${LIBDIRSUFFIX}/python$PYVER/config \
  --enable-perlinterp \
  --disable-tclinterp \
  --enable-multibyte \
  --enable-cscope \
  --with-features=huge \
  --with-compiledby="<volkerdi@slackware.com>" \
  --build=$ARCH-slackware-linux
Yes, I always recompile vim as well for the same reason.

No problem. You can check it and get all the files needed for recompilation from the source/app/vim/ directory that can be found in any of the mirrors (or your Slackware source DVD)
