I
saw that there was a new release of FFmpeg, and wondered if I could get it to compile. Well, with a couple of caveats, I was able to. All that's required is the newest version of v4l-utils (1.10.1) and x265 (1.9), and a couple of minor changes to the SlackBuild. For convenience's sake, I'll give the SlackBuild patch:
