So,i want to chang smp to nosmp.How do it?Please help me.Thanks. |
You don't need to change. I ran 12.0 with a similar processor (AMD Sempron 2600+) using the smp kernel, it's OK.

I've ran smp kernels on more lowly hardware than that - 300Mhz PII's - and it worked fine.

Thanks for you reports.I just hear if you have one processor the nosmp kernel can be better running. Now i know there is no need to change it.Thanks.
