Can't kill certain processes....
All right, I recently upgraded my Slack server...gave it a new hard drive and upgraded it now to Slack 12. Well during the installation I installed a few apps which I later realized I probably wouldn't use (jfs and xfs). So I went to remove them via pkgtool and everytime I pull up top those applications still remain. I have tried killing them via top or rebooting but they are still there. Any ideas? Are there some dependencies I will have to remove too?
And another question and this is something I have been considering, but I installed about every kernel from the disk. How can I go about changing it to boot from a different kernel?
Any help is greatly appreciated!
