Exclamation Can't start Slack-Built KDM Themes Manager

Hi!
I'm now trying to customize the appearance of my Slackware 12. Every package I've installed from http://slackbuilds.org/ had never got me into troubles, but kdmtheme-1.2.1.tar.bz2 had
I can access this module through the KDE control center but can't apply no changes even being root. OK and Apply buttons are clickable but there's no changes even after rebooting. Original KDM greeter works perfectly, but I can't replace it with themed one.
I set runlevel 4 as a default for my system but don't think that problem is derived from it.

I'd like to develop my own custom themes for Slackware (bootsplash, splash, KDM theme, wallpapers, and maybe icons). You'll see them when they're done. So, I'll be glad to get some URLs with Slackware and KDE official corporate identity sources (colors, logos, mascots, fonts). SVG is preferred.

Thanks!

Andrei

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

I used this thread to help me out.

If you have any issues read through the rest of of it as there are some problems solved along the way.

I'll try it at home as I found it in your suggested thread:

/etc/kde/kdm/kdmrc

UseTheme=true

section.

You can also set the theme manually there.
Think it must work.

I think it's an issue with version 1.2.1. Newest one is 1.2.2, I think it's fixed there. Haven't tested it yet, though
