can't start pci hotplug


hi there,

After I installed slack , for the first time booting in, there is a msg came up
"
which: no pcimodules in (/bin:/sbin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin)
** Can't synthesize pci hotplug events
"


after that i can't login to Xwindows and any orthers device don't seem to run correctly, How can i fix this.

Thanks for your help. !!

You need to install pciutils package
